Do you see working moms struggling in your organization, but you don’t know how to support or advocate for them? I could have done so much more for my female mentees, and I want to find solutions that work.

I interview researchers, coaches, DEI and HR experts, allies, and successful change agents to understand how we make individual, interpersonal, organizational and social change to prevent burnout.

As a public health professor I understand systems change and as a behavior change scientist I know what strategies we need to succeed. But as a working mom I also know how hard it can be to stay in the driving seat and have the energy to advocate and empower others.
